No, we don’t sell property directly. However, we can help you find some of the top selling agents in your area who can help you sell your property. We do not get involved in the selling process as it creates a conflict of interest. You will not be charged a service fee for this recommendation.

Are you 100% independent or do you get any sort of payment from Property Developers or Selling Agents?
We are 100% independent and do not receive any money from any other third parties, such as sellers, property developers, selling agents or house & land package providers. We only work on your behalf as the buyer.

How much do you charge?
At Elite AJ Property, we offer a free initial consultation so you can get a better understanding of our services and what we offer, before deciding to hire us. We charge a flat fee for our services. The cost is tailored according to your needs and is calculated based on the services you require and the purchase price of the property you are looking to buy. If you decide to go ahead and engage us as your agent, we ask for 50% of our fees be paid upfront. The balance will only be required once you have successfully purchased your property.
